Гендерне питання в закладах вищої освіти України: реалізація та виклики в освітньому процесі

Abstract

Статтю присвячено актуальним питанням реалізації гендерних ініціатив в освітньому процесі закладів вищої освіти (ЗВО) та обґрунтуванню необхідності впровадження гендерної тематики та відповідних дисциплін. Зазначено, що суттєвими чинниками трансформацій в українській освіті у ракурсі актуалізації гендерної проблематики є вплив євроінтеграції та зобов’язань України в рамках міжнародних угод, спрямованих на розвиток гендерних курсів, центрів та політики закладів вищої освіти. Охарактеризовано виклики, пов’язані з впровадженням гендерного мейнстримінгу та необхідністю зміцнення прав людини через інтеграцію гендерного підходу в навчальні програми закладів вищої освіти. Розглянуто аспекти проявів гендерних стереотипів та ставлення до гендерної тематики серед представників сучасної молоді － здобувачів вищої освіти. Окреслено основні шляхи досягнення гендерної паритетності та удосконалення розвитку гендерних ініціатив в освітньому процесі закладів вищої освіти. The article is devoted to the topical issues of implementing gender initiatives in the educational process of higher education institutions and the justification of the need to introduce gender issues and relevant disciplines. It is noted that the significant factors of transformations in Ukrainian education in terms of gender mainstreaming are the impact of European integration and Ukraine’s obligations under international agreements aimed at developing gender courses, centers and policies of higher education institutions. The challenges associated with the introduction of gender mainstreaming and the need to strengthen human rights through the integration of a gender approach into the curricula of higher education institutions are characterized. The aspects of gender stereotypes and attitudes towards gender issues among representatives of modern youth – higher education students are considered. The main ways to achieve gender parity and improve the development of gender initiatives in the educational process of higher education institutions are outlined.
