Abstract

Збірник містить матеріали круглого столу, присвяченого Міжнародному Дню філософії, у роботі якого взяли участь науково-педагогічні працівники, слухачі магістратури і курсанти Дніпропетровського державного університету внутрішніх справ, а також інших вищих навчальних закладів України. Тематика публікацій охоплює низку проблем, що стосуються аналізу філософсько- правових концепцій, психологічних чинників у правовій діяльності, аналізу етичних посилок проблем комунікацій у правовій діяльності. Матеріали круглого столу можуть бути використані в науково-дослідницькій роботі та навчальному процесі юридичних ВНЗ, а також у юридичній практиці

The collected book includes the round table proceedings devoted to the International Day of Philosophy. The scientific and teaching staff, master course attendees and cadets of Dnepropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs along with the students of other higher institutions of Ukraine took place in that event. The topics of publications comprise the range of problems dealing with the analysis of philosophical and legal conceptions, psychological factors in legal affairs, ethical grounds analysis and communication problems in the legal activity. The round table proceedings can be used in the scientific and research work, in the teaching and learning process of legal higher institutions and in the legal practice.
