Криміналістичний аналіз шахрайства у сфері надання туристичних послуг

Abstract

Досліджено механізми регулювання та управління туристичної сфери. Розглянуто функції, умови та фактори розвитку туризму, його поняття та види, проаналізовано державну політику розвитку туризму. Розглянуто окремі фактори та обставини, що впливають на виникнення шахрайських проявів у сфері надання туристичних послуг.

The article is devoted to research of mechanisms of regulation and management of tourism sphere. The functions, conditions and factors of tourism development, its concepts and types are considered, the state policy of tourism development is analyzed. The concept of tourist product and tourist service is distinguished, their main common and distinctive features are revealed. The problems of structuring tourist services are considered. The basic general and specific features that are inherent in tourist service are determined. Some factors and circumstances influencing the occurrence of fraudulent manifestations in the field of tourist services are considered. It has been concluded that among all crimes committed in the field of tourism, the absolute majority is precisely fraud. Meanwhile, in the objective reality, the number of fraudsters committed in the provision of travel services remains latent
