Abstract

Висвітлено актуальні питання взаємодії Національної гвардії України та Національної поліції України. На підставі аналізу законодавства України зроблено висновок про основні шляхи взаємодії Національної гвардії України та Національної поліції України та їх реалізацію. Наголошено на необхідності удосконалення таких шляхів взаємодії та запровадження європейських стандартів.

The scientific article lights up the pressing questions of co-operation of the National guard of Ukraine and National police of Ukraine. On the basis of analysis the legislations of Ukraine are done conclusion about the basic ways of co-operation of the National household troops of Ukraine and National police of Ukraine and their realization. An author selects a feature co-operations of the National household troops of Ukraine and National police of Ukraine on the modern stage: 1. Co-operation of the National household troops of Ukraine and National police of Ukraine takes place after three basic vectors: general patrolling; providing (guard) of public (public) safety and order is during mass and sporting measures, and also other measures which a state guard is carried out in relation to; a leadthrough of general measures is in the case of sharpening of operative situation. 2. Initiator before Minister for internal affairs Ukraine of bringing in of additional forces and facilities from other operatively territorial associations of the National household troops of Ukraine leader of territorial organ. 3. During implementation of these tasks a personnel of soldiery parts (subsections) of the National household troops of Ukraine is in the operative submission of leader of organ of police or person which carries out his duties. 4. Leader of organ of police or a person is authorized them before taking the place on service conducts instructing of personnel, organizes co-operation, provides connection and carries out control after execution of service. Also it follows to mark the necessity of permanent improvement of practical skills of personnel, economic feasibilities of facilities, which are used the National household troops of Ukraine and National police of Ukraine, for implementation of the tasks put by them, both separately and during co-operation, with each other. It is marked the necessity of improvement of such ways of co-operation and input of the European standards an author.
