Принцип транспарентності влади: пострадянський та європейський досвід

Abstract

У етапі здійснено спробу дослідження можливостей реалізації принципу транспарентності влади в країнах пострадянського та європейського простору з метою імплементації синтезованих положень у національне законодавство. Запропоновано вектори удосконалення правового регулювання відповідної сфери суспільних відносин шляхом створення громадської інституції, яка контролювала б рівень транспарентності органів влади та всіляко сприяла утворенню діалогу «влада-громада».

In article attempt of research of possibilities of realization of the principle of transparency of the authorities in the countries of post-Soviet and European space. with the aim of implementation of the synthesized provisions into national legis¬lation. The proposed vectors of improvement of legal regulation of corresponding sphere of public relations by creating social structures that would control the level of transparency of the authorities and strongly contributed to the education dialogue "government-society".
