Problematic issues arising during the implementation of the specified tool are identified. The main stages of the process of transcription into text format are described. Concepts of using the specified tool for crime analysis units of the National Police of Ukraine were proposed and considered. Practical analysis of the use of the test software product, which recognizes audio files in formats such as the MP3 format, which is the most common and popular format of digital encoding of sound information supported by popular operating systems, was conducted. The possibility of recognizing the WAV format (audio signal format) and the MPEG format which encodes video and the associated sound for further storage with a bit rate of 1.5 Mb/s (ISO/IEC 11172) has been studied. The author's opinion on the further use of the test software product "Converting audio files into text" for analytical intelligence in crime analysis units is defined. У статті розглянуто інноваційний інструмент автоматичного розпізнання аудіо матеріалів у текстовий формат. Визначені проблемні питання, що виникають під час реалізації зазначеного інструмента. Описано основні етапи процесу транскрібації у текстовий формат. Запропоновано та розглянуто концепції використання зазначеного інструменту для підрозділів кримінального аналізу Національної поліції України. Проведено практичний аналіз використання тестового програмного продукту, який розпізнає аудіо файли форматів таких як формат MP3, що є найбільш поширеним і популярним форматом цифрового кодування звукової інформації, що підтримує популярні операційні системи. Краткий осмотр (реферат): Сформульовано суб’єктивний погляд на стан організації заходів, пов’язаних з протидією загрозам зловживання застосуванням безпілотних повітряних суден на прикладі поліції України. Розглянуто поняття безпілотних повітряних суден, їх види, порядок використання ними повітряного простору та його основні порушення, стан оснащення поліції засобами протидії суднам такого різновиду, а також основні методи та способи протидії їм. Загрозу зловживання використанням безпілотних повітряних суден запропоновано розцінювати як ризик та небезпеку соціального характеру, що значно реальніша ніж 10 років потому, а також такою, яка потребує подальшої протидії та вивчення. The article formulates a subjective view on the state of organization measures related to counteracting the threats of abuse of unmanned aircraft (on the example of the National Police of Ukraine). The author is a supporter of the legislative definition of the concept of unmanned aircraft as an aircraft designed to fly without a pilot on board, whose flight is controlled and control is carried out by a special control station located outside the aircraft. The types of unmanned aerial vehicles, the procedure for their use of airspace and its violation, the state of equipping the police with means of counteraction to such vessels, as well as the main methods and ways of counteracting them are considered. At the same time, the risk of abuse of the use of unmanned aircraft is proposed to be regarded as one of the dangers of a social nature, which is much more real than 10 years ago. Particular attention is paid to the lack of special methods to counteract this type of risk in the event of an attack on police buildings, special police stations, warehouses, archives, etc. It is stated that the current legislation contains a gap in the regulation of the organization of counteraction to the abuse of certain types of unmanned aircraft. Based on open sources, it is estimated that over the past 5 years including several state law enforcement and military institutions in Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytsky, Rivne and Mykolayiv regions have necessary, experimental means of counteracting unmanned aerial vehicles.
