Название: Переваги та недоліки використання технологій штучного інтелекту в умовах війни та післявоєнний час Авторы: Ярошевська, Тамара; Yaroshevska, Tamara Краткий осмотр (реферат): Економічний та інноваційний прогрес в Україні у воєнний та післявоєнний час залежить від ступеня залучення результатів інтелектуальної діяльності, що висуває нові виклики перед системою правового регулювання інтелектуальної власності та спонукає до впровадження інноваційних цифрових технологій. Воєнні конфлікти у ХХІ ст. мають свої особливості. Це обумовлено тим, що поступово скорочується кількість особового складу та на озброєнні армій провідних закордонних країн та України головним знаряддям поступово стають технології з використанням штучного інтелекту. Адже технології на базі штучного інтелекту можуть працювати у суворих умовах, доступ до яких може бути важким або навіть небезпечним для людини. Для України впровадження технологій штучного інтелекту стає особливо актуальним у зв’язку зі збройною російською агресією та нападу на нашу країну. The article examines the advantages and disadvantages of using artificial intelligence technologies in the conditions of war and in the post-war time. The focus is on such issues as an analysis of directions of using the artificial intelligence in wartime and postwar times; prospects for the development of technologies based on artificial intelligence; threats and negative consequences that the use of artificial intelligence technologies can cause. The relevance of expanding the use of technologies with artificial intelligence in conditions of martial law on the territory of Ukraine and in the post-war period is substantiated. Attention is drawn to the fact that observing the rapid transformation trends of modern technological processes, it is necessary to analyze and realize not only the positive consequences of the use of technologies with artificial intelligence in the conditions of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine, but also to identify the negative consequences and intentions of such use. It is emphasized that currently one of a large-scale and main problems with the use of artificial intelligence technologies is the absence of a person who will be responsible in the event of a malfunction of such technologies or its incorrect use in war conditions, which can lead to unpredictable consequences and cause damage to civilian population. It is concluded that in Ukraine it is necessary to form a legislative framework in the field of using artificial intelligence technologies and to raise problematic issues regarding responsibility for such use. Such responsibility should be established at the international level as well, because autonomous weapons have been used by russian troops against peaceful Ukrainians for a long time. It is stressed that when developing technologies using artificial intelligence in military conditions, it is essential to take into account such ethical principles as respect for human dignity and protection of the civilian population.
